Senior Content & Social Media Specialist at deepsense.ai. This is a full-time position with hybrid/remote options in Poland. Location: Poland (hybrid, remote); on-site options available. Employment type: B2B; operating mode: Hybrid, Remote.

Role purpose

You will help scale high-quality content and improve how our AI, data, and software expertise is understood, published, distributed, and reused. You will work with a small marketing team and collaborate with experts across the business.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit B2B content in English: blog posts, case studies, newsletters, social posts, one-pagers, ebooks, ads copy, and website content.
• Turn expert input into clear, structured, business-relevant narratives.
• Conduct short interviews with internal experts, sales, delivery teams, and leadership.
• Support creation of sales enablement materials such as case studies, one-pagers, use case descriptions, and short offer-related assets.
• Manage content publication in CMS: uploading, formatting, updating, and improving website content.
• Repurpose long-form content into social media posts, carousels, newsletter sections, and distribution snippets.
• Support Eurostaffs communication and selected expert/leadership content.
• Collaborate with designers on visuals, content packaging, UX, readability, and presentation.
• Keep website content up to date and place new content in the correct sections.
• Support SEO and GEO basics: structure, metadata, internal linking, keyword intent, and content updates.
• Use AI tools to speed up research, structuring, editing, and repurposing while ensuring accuracy and alignment with our voice.
• Analyze performance of content pieces across platforms and share insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in technology, software, AI, data, cloud, or IT services.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2); ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and business-like.
• Experience creating long-form content (blogs, case studies, ebooks, reports, expert articles).
• Experience writing for Eurostaffs and adapting content to different formats.
• Strong editorial skills: structure, clarity, flow, argumentation, attention to detail.
• Basic SEO/GEO understanding and experience with CMS tools.
• Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and ownership mindset to manage multiple content pieces.
• Experience in sales enablement content; ability to work with subject-matter experts and ask insightful questions.
• Experience with WordPress and collaboration with designers on visuals; basic UX writing understanding is a plus.

Nice-to-have and domain fit

• Experience in AI, machine learning, data, software engineering, pharma/healthcare, or financial services content.
• Agency or software development company background.
• Experience ghostwriting for experts or executives.
