(Senior) Contract & Claim Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a (Senior) Contract and Claim Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and contribute to the energy transition! As part of leading transformation projects, we support our clients across all project phases—from engineering to commissioning. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring contract compliance, managing claims, and mitigating risks, helping our clients navigate complex projects successfully and with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing contract and claim management support across all project phases—from engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, to commissioning.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring alignment with project objectives and protecting client interests.
• Managing claims and contract changes, maintaining clear documentation, tracking key figures, and conducting target vs. actual comparisons.
• Overseeing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and project requirements.
• Identifying risks and opportunities early on, supporting risk management strategies to address potential challenges.
• Recording, structuring, and communicating contractual requirements, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring to the Team

• A degree in law, business administration, or engineering.
• A structured, reliable, and analytical approach to work.
• A pragmatic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Ideally, some professional experience in contract management.
• Solid knowledge of modern project management methods and MS Office.
• A passion for working in an international, multicultural environment.
