Senior Controller Steering & Reporting (all genders)

In this role, you drive financial performance through advanced data usage, own global sales reporting and quarterly previews, and deliver insightful management reporting and variance analysis for senior leadership. You translate complex financial data into clear recommendations to support executive decisions, while ensuring transparency across functions. You collaborate across teams to align on financial targets and participate in ad-hoc strategic initiatives. This role offers impact by shaping performance metrics and leveraging AI and analytics to enable smarter ways of working.

• Own global financial sales reporting and quarterly Preview process
• Deliver high-quality management reporting and variance analysis for senior leadership
• Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for executive decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial transparency and alignment
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects

• 5+ years in FP&A, Controlling, or related finance function
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics in finance (e.g., Python, Power BI, Tableau, Copilot)
• Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to new technologies
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional relationship-building
• Project management experience, ideally agile
• Fluency in English
