Senior Site Controller (all genders)

In this role you will safeguard the financial health of Factor EU’s manufacturing operations across multiple sites. You will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while ensuring a robust month-end close and insightful variance analysis. You will support inventory integrity and long-term planning to underpin profitable growth. You will work in a hands-on, collaborative environment that values continuous process improvement and clear financial guidance.

• Own weekly and monthly financial reporting for F_EU warehousing and production operations
• Lead month-end closing cycle from accruals to variance analysis
• Coordinate with Finance and fulfillment teams to ensure quality inventory records
• Execute quarterly and annual business planning for production sites
• Perform long-term scenario analyses and forecasting related to site operations
• Serve as finance business partner to F_EU finance leadership, site leadership, HR and global production leadership; challenge staffing and compensation decisions
• Continuously improve processes behind F_EU operations financial reporting, budgeting and controlling

• university degree in STEM-related fields, Business Administration, Finance or Economics
• minimum 3+ years in a similar operations-finance controlling role
• strong knowledge of P&L and financial accounting topics
• strong financial modeling skills
• interest in operational processes and their impact on financial outcomes
• excellent communication, organization and hands-on mentality
• structured problem-solving approach
• based in Verden or able to travel regularly by train
• deadline-driven mindset
• SQL skills are a strong plus
• experience with Adaptive and Oracle is a plus but not required
