Benefits

Why should you join our team?

Our team spirit:

We put the social in our name for a reason. We foster a strong sense of team and an open company culture with flat hierarchies, where your voice matters!

Exciting projects with international reach:

We work on digital projects that set new standards! Our clients come from both B2C and B2B backgrounds and include local as well as international players.

Globally connected, locally rooted:

Our teams in Munich and Kreuzberg benefit from continuous knowledge sharing with We Are Social offices around the world, while being firmly rooted in Munich's Glockenbachviertel and Berlin-Kreuzberg.

Flexibility - yes, please!:

For us, hybrid working combines the best of both worlds: the flexibility of working from home and the benefits of spending time together in the office. That's why we've chosen a 2/3 split. For a 40-hour working week, this means spending at least 2 days on-site with your colleagues and up to 3 days working from home. But that's not all! We're also big fans of remote working. You can work remotely for up to 20 days per year from anywhere in Germany, plus another 20 days from within Europe. So, if you're not a big fan of the German winter, join us and spend some of it working from Portugal or Greece.

Even more benefits for you:

Because we know how important well-being is - and because we simply love a good benefit - we offer more than just the standard package. Enjoy 2 additional Health Days, Menstrual Leave, a day off on your birthday, access to Wellpass, the Deutschlandticket, an OpenUp membership, and much more.
