Senior Cost Manager (m/f/d) - Data Centers

As Senior Cost Manager in our Frankfurt Data Centre team, you will lead cost planning, estimation and procurement activities to support high-profile data centre projects. You’ll work closely with clients and consultants to ensure accurate cost data, timely reporting and robust cost control throughout pre- and post-contract stages. This role offers influence over strategic commissions and the opportunity to shape cost management practices in a global professional services firm.

• Prepare and manage cost estimates and cost plans for projects
• Oversee procurement, tendering, and pre-qualification activities
• Administer contracts, manage variations and final accounts
• Conduct feasibility studies and write procurement reports
• Present cost plans and monthly post-contract cost reports to clients
• Interface with clients and other consultants across project stages
• Support change control processes and post-contract cost variances
• Perform cost risk analysis and contribute to value engineering
• Maintain learning on estimating practices and update internal standards

• Technical knowledge of data centre facilities or related asset types
• Good knowledge of construction methods and procurement
• Experience with multiple estimating tools/applications
• Strong spreadsheet and database skills
