As a Business Operations Program Manager, you will oversee data center maintenance agreements and drive cost control across procurement projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support local technicians, and act as the finance escalation point to enable informed decision-making. You will lead budgeting processes, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to sustain reliable, cost-efficient operations. • Oversee maintenance agreements for data center systems
• Lead cost control, contractor management, and procurement initiatives
• Collaborate with Environment, Health, and Safety teams
• Support local Data Center Technicians with process updates
• Serve as local escalation point for finance matters
• Maintain key metrics and deliver data-driven analyses for decision-making

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Sage, Oracle)
• Experience in accounting focusing on accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Fluent English for client relationship management in the region
