Senior Creative Concept & Communication Manager

Responsibilities

• You design and drive our holistic communication and campaign strategy.
• You connect brand, strategy and execution and ensure a consistent, impactful brand across all channels.
• You are responsible for the creative guiding idea behind everything wellnest communicates externally — in campaigns and always‑on setups, including narratives, tone of voice and claims.
• You develop strategies and translate them into format and content logics that are scalable and performance‑driven.
• You build systems, not one‑off pieces.
• You spot cultural moments before they become mainstream — and you know how to leverage them for wellnest.
• When wellnest enters a new city, you are the strategic glue.
• You act as a sparring partner for the Creative and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand, creative or marketing — in a startup, scale‑up or top‑tier agency
• You have a proven track record of developing creative concepts that grew beyond the original brief
• TikTok is a language to you, not just a channel. You know the relevant creators before they hit 100k followers
• You can balance strategy and execution equally — and know which is needed when
• Strong skills in storytelling, concept development and tone of voice
• Analytical enough to set and read KPIs — but not so much that it paralyzes you
• Fluent in German, very good in English
• Hybrid: You are on‑site at our HQ in Essen at least two days a week
