who can bring our renewed brand positioning and brand typology to life through bold, social-first content.Working closely with Global Brand Marketing, local markets, creators and agency partners, you'll create engaging content that feels native to each platform while consistently expressing what Jägermeister stands for. You'll combine creativity, cultural awareness and an understanding of social trends to create content that people genuinely want to engage with. The following tasks are waiting for you:

• Bring Jägermeister's new brand positioning and brand typology to life through engaging social-first content
• Create compelling lo-fi and premium social content across multiple platforms, from concept to execution
• Develop content ideas that translate global campaigns into authentic social experiences
• Stay on top of platform trends, creator culture and emerging content formats, identifying opportunities for Jägermeister to participate in culture
• Collaborate with creators, influencers, agencies and production partners to deliver high-quality content
• Work closely with Brand Marketing and local markets to ensure content is globally consistent while allowing local relevance
• Support community engagement by creating content that sparks conversations and encourages participation
• Monitor content performance and recommend optimisations based on insights and audience behaviour
• Continuously test new formats, technologies and creative approaches to improve content effectiveness

We're looking for someone who...

• Is passionate about creating outstanding social media content
• Has a college degree in marketing or communications and several years of relevant professional experience in the creative social media world
• Has proven experience producing engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms
• Has excellent storytelling, filming, editing and copywriting skills
• Understands how to create content that feels native to each social platform
• Has a strong eye for visual storytelling, trends and internet culture
• Can translate brand strategy into compelling creative execution
• Is comfortable working with creators, agencies and production partners
• Has experience using creative production tools and social analytics platforms
• Is proactive, hands‑on and enjoys creating content from idea to publication
