IMPORTANT TASKS

Independent evaluation of complex project and financing plans , as well as forward-looking and scenario-based structuring and development of individual financing solutions

Assessment and risk analysis (second opinions) of credit decisions in the real estate sector, both for existing and new business

Active assumption of credit risk responsibility for assigned credit exposures , taking into account regulatory requirements and defined internal processes, guidelines, and instructions

Continuous risk and portfolio monitoring to ensure long-term stability and to maintain and ensure the quality of all relevant process data in our systems

Assessment of financial situations, balance sheet analysis, rating creation, and ensuring compliance with §18 KWG

Participation in the negotiation and drafting of credit and collateral agreements , as well as the evaluation and review of collateral

Further development of existing processes as well as occasional project-related tasks

BEST PRECONDITIONS

• University degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, or bank clerk with advanced qualification
• Deep and solid professional experience in credit risk management , ideally in the areas of real estate, corporate finance, or structured finance
• Excellent knowledge of the German real estate market as well as complex financial structures and risk management
• Proven experience in the assessment and management of counterparty and transaction risks , as well as sound knowledge in balance sheet and annual financial statement analysis (HGB and IFRS) and rating procedures
• Strong understanding of economic relationships, good analytical skills, and a solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as a high sense of quality and risk awareness
• Structured and goal-oriented working style
• Solid knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Agree21 is an advantage
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
