Senior CRM Manager Data & Automation (Klaviyo / B2C) (w/m/d)

We're looking for a Senior CRM Manager to own CRM analytics and execution across all three brands and three markets with a focus on email automation in Klaviyo. If you're looking to take full analytical and operational ownership to develop our cohorts to their full potentials this might be for you!

Tasks

• Develop our core customer metrics like repurchase rate and customer lifetime value
• Own CRM performance across three brands and three markets end to end
• Build granular, multi-dimensional segmentation (RFM, product affinity, lifecycle stage)
• Design and run a real A/B-testing with clear hypotheses, proper sample sizes, decisions based on revenue per recipient
• Use Claude as your default tool for copy, creative briefing, and campaign production
• Automate reporting and recurring CRM processes (e.g. via Klaviyo MCP, n8n)
• Build toward a state where no campaign is manually built and sent - flows and automation do the work

Requirements

• Multi year B2C e-commerce background ideally in an international setting
• Deep, advanced Klaviyo experience - flows with custom actions, API calls, etc.
• Already using Klaviyo MCP or genuinely eager to work this way
• Very strong analytical mindset: you think in segmentation logic and test hypotheses
• Comfortable in Klaviyo's templating language (HTML+Liquid)
• Nice to have:
• Basic scripting (Python/JS) for data exports and automation
• Experience with SMS as a channe
• Experience with WhatsApp as a channel
