An internationally recognised engineering and construction contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (CSA) to join its growing team in Frankfurt.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural delivery of large-scale mission critical developments, taking projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and successful handover.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of the complete CSA delivery strategy across major data centre developments, working alongside Project Directors, design teams, MEP specialists and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standards.

From enabling works through to structural completion and architectural finishes, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering some of Europe's most technically advanced construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of all Civil, Structural and Architectural works.
• Manage major subcontract packages including enabling works, groundworks, reinforced concrete, structural steel, façades, roofing, architectural finishes and external works.
• Oversee procurement, tender evaluations and subcontractor management from award through to final account.
• Coordinate CSA design development and ensure compliance with client specifications and programme milestones.
• Drive programme certainty, quality, commercial performance and site safety.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams and site management staff.
• Coordinate interfaces between CSA, MEP, commissioning and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks while maintaining clear stakeholder reporting.
• Lead project completion, snagging, handover and defect resolution.

About You

We're looking for an accomplished construction leader with a strong background in delivering large-scale CSA packages on technically challenging projects.

You’ll ideally have:

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience delivering major construction projects, including several years operating at Senior Project Manager level.
• Proven experience delivering Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on hyperscale data centres, mission critical facilities or other highly complex construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge across reinforced concrete, structural steel, façades, architectural finishes and external works.
• Excellent experience managing procurement, subcontractors and commercial delivery.
• Strong programme management skills with experience using Primavera P6, MS Project and BIM platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
