Senior Customer Success Manager – Parental-leave cover, remote possible

Conduct onboarding for new corporate customers and perform requirements analyses
Own a portfolio of enterprise customers and manage performance using clear KPIs
Continuously develop and strengthen business relationships
Engage employees through presentations and targeted campaigns
Advise on our product and establish processes to identify cross‑and upselling opportunities
Lead contract negotiations through to closing

Requirements

University degree, preferably in Business, Media, Communications, or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a sales environment
Consistently professional, empathetic, and service‑oriented approach to work
Strong communicator across all channels (email, phone, in person)
Proven experience independently managing enterprise accounts as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager – including upsell & cross‑sell and contract negotiations
Analytical mindset with the ability to set priorities based on data and KPIs
Team player who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration
Preferably experience in B2B software, HR, startups, or agency environments
