Overview

In this role you will help organisations manage security across their supplier ecosystem, bridging cyber security, supplier management and regulatory compliance. You will shape and simplify supplier security processes, defining controls and artefacts aligned with IEC 62443 and CRA. You will work with internal teams and external suppliers to improve governance and translate complex requirements into scalable, practical processes. This is an impact-driven, process-heavy consulting position with direct interaction with customers and senior stakeholders.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and improve cyber security processes across the supplier lifecycle
Simplify supplier security processes and related documentation
Define security requirements, controls and artefacts for suppliers
Support supplier assessments and security reviews
Ensure supplier processes align with IEC 62443 requirements
Support organisations with requirements arising from the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to improve security governance
Translate complex cyber security requirements into practical, scalable supplier processes
Advise customers on supply chain and third-party cyber security risks

Zentrale Anforderungen

Several years of professional experience in cyber security consulting, supplier security or related field
Strong experience with supply chain and/or supplier management
Good knowledge of IEC 62443
Understanding of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
Experience creating security processes, documentation and artefacts
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
Ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into practical business processes
Native-level German
Comfortable working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
