Senior Process Intelligence & Supply Chain Transformation Consultant - Manufacturing/Production

In this role you drive data‑driven business transformation for customers using Celonis Process Intelligence. You act as a trusted advisor, leading value realization from discovery through renewal, and partnering with sales, services, and partners to secure measurable impact. You’ll translate strategic goals into use cases, build business cases and demos, and guide executives on value and transformation roadmaps. The position centers on manufacturing/supply chain domains with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement in German.

• Identify and frame value by translating strategic priorities into high‑impact Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases leveraging benchmarks to win new customers
• Conduct value assessments or PoV projects and communicate the strategic roadmap to C‑level
• Facilitate value workshops and use Celonis to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Define improvement measures and drive enterprise‑wide change initiatives
• Present results and realized value to senior management and executives
• Manage end‑to‑end customer value journey—landing, expanding, adoption, renewing
• Create strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
• Provide feedback to product teams to enhance the platform based on new use cases

• Analytical experience focused on demonstrating or securing value through data analysis and process improvement
• Customer‑facing experience in solution consulting, sales engineering or IT/Management consulting with SaaS/enterprise software
• Knowledge of business software/SaaS (e.g., SAP) and experience with RPA and BI tools; dashboard/app development and action flows
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL; collaboration with IT teams
• Experience identifying use cases, training users/process owners, and enabling value realization
• Project management skills to plan and manage multiple scopes and timelines across accounts
• Executive stakeholder management with strong communication and presentation abilities
• Domain knowledge in Finance and/or Supply Chain and understanding of transformation initiatives
• Industry expertise in Manufacturing/Automotive/Consumer/Retail/Pharma/Chemicals
• Degree in Technology/Management or related fields; German language proficiency (native/near‑native) for workshops and executive sessions
• native‑level German required
