Senior Digital Transformation & Process Optimisation Consultant - CPG/Retail

As a Senior Value Engineer, you guide customers through value-led transformations using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You act as a trusted advisor, translating strategic objectives into actionable Celonis use cases, demos, and value roadmaps. You lead value workshops, engage senior stakeholders, and manage the end-to-end value journey from landing to renewal. Your work accelerates platform adoption across industries, delivering measurable business impact.

• Identify and frame value by translating customer priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks to win customers
• Conduct value assessments or proof-of-value projects and present strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives
• Facilitate value workshops and qualify opportunities for process enhancements using Celonis
• Derive improvement measures and drive enterprise-wide change initiatives
• Present realized value to senior management and executives
• Own the end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform and drive adoption
• Provide feedback to product teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps

• Experience in an analytical, value-driven role with data analysis and process improvement
• Customer-facing background in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with SaaS/Technology
• Knowledge of SAP and experience with RPA/BI tools, dashboards, apps and action flows
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL; ability to collaborate with IT teams
• Experience identifying use cases, deploying improvement measures, and training users/process owners
• Project management experience across multiple accounts and value journeys
• Executive stakeholder management and strong communication/presentation skills
• Knowledge of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and transformation initiatives
• Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals is a plus
• German language proficiency (native-level or near-native) to engage German-speaking customers
