Senior Digital Transformation & Process Optimisation Consultant (Senior Value Engineer) - Scale Team

As Senior Value Engineer in the Scale team, you drive value realization, adoption, and customer success across a portfolio of accounts. You will orchestrate scalable engagement motions, coach partners, and establish governance to sustain long-term outcomes with the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You’ll leverage AI-driven tools to monitor health, surface renewal risks, and identify expansion opportunities at scale. This role places you at the intersection of customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver measurable impact and growth. You’ll work in a collaborative, value-driven environment that emphasizes cross-functional enablement and innovative solution design.

• Drive value realization, adoption, and sponsorship across a portfolio while acting as trusted advisor to customers and partners
• Establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and coach customers to own their value journey with self-service options
• Coordinate strategic partner management and scalable account work to improve customer health
• Lead 1:N programs (value bootcamps, sprint motions, POV development, Value Sprints) to scale impact across a community
• Build broad stakeholder trust and maximize impact through efficient, scalable interactions
• Maintain cross-industry fluency and use AI-curated industry briefs for rapid context-switching across accounts
• Drive AI-orchestrated account plans leveraging platform best practices and partner apps
• Use AI-driven tools to monitor portfolio health and surface renewal risks across all accounts
• Operate AI agents to track value realization, adoption signals, and expansion opportunities across the portfolio
• Deploy automated value reports and strategic nudges enabling customers to achieve business outcomes
• Collaborate with internal CoEs and engineers to handle complex builds and ensure value delivery
• Focus on big-picture value while coordinating with teams to implement sophisticated solutions

• 3-5 years of programmatic execution with experience in end-to-end post-sales journeys and value realization for a portfolio of customers
• Broad Industry & Domain expertise with ability to context-switch and apply cross-industry best practices
• High AI fluency; ability to leverage copilots and intelligent agents to accelerate workflows and monitor portfolio health
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence both technical users and C-level executives
• Scaled engagement experience; adept at hosting webinars, enabling cohorts, and driving community engagement
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or equivalent technical field; or Business/Economics with a technical minor
• Native-level German proficiency for workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder interactions
