(Senior) Data Analyst (all genders)

Holidu, a growing vacation rental technology company, is looking for a Data Analyst to work on‑site in Munich, with two to three office days per week.

Job Summary

Requirements: 4+ years of data analytics experience, strong SQL, Python (or similar), data visualisation skills, and a collaborative mindset. The role involves working closely with stakeholders across Customer Support, Host Experience, Sales, and Account Management to provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of the Business Intelligence department, working at the intersection of data, strategy and business impact.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with data engineers, data scientists and other analytics team members.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate their problems and opportunities into analytical requirements.
• Deliver high‑quality analytical work: deep data dives, solution building and clear communication of findings to both technical and commercial audiences.
• Help shape the future of analytics at Holidu by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and continually improving team processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data analytics experience.
• Proven ability to communicate findings to senior decision‑makers.
• Misson‑driven, customer‑centric mindset with a focus on translating business needs into analytical solutions.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, data visualisation expertise and the ability to develop technical frameworks for business use.
• Commitment to AI enablement, actively using tools such as Claude or similar to enhance coding and planning workflows.
