Senior Data Consultant, Azure, Databricks, Consulting.

I am currently working with a leading consulting client in Germany that is looking to hire a Senior Data Consultant to join its growing team.

This is a hybrid technology and consulting role, ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end - from client engagement and requirements gathering through to solution design, delivery, and stakeholder management.

The Profile:

• Technology-focused consultant with strong business acumen.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable leading workshops, client discussions, and delivery activities.
• Proven track record of managing projects through the full delivery lifecycle.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong consulting and/or client-facing experience.
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management expertise.
• Hands-on experience with: Databricks, SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Spark & Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience working across both cloud and on-premises data environments.
• Basic level German language skills (minimum) and fluent English.
• Experience within Financial Services or Banking is advantageous but not essential.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package, the successful candidate will be expected to work from the client's headquarters at least 1-2 days per week.
