Position Overview:

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will leverage advanced quantitative methodologies, machine learning models, and automated Python workflows to deliver deep analytical insights. Working in a collaborative, mission-focused environment, you will prepare complex datasets, perform data quality assurance, build interactive dashboards, and conduct advanced unstructured data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce data cleaning, basic analysis, and preparation for downstream visualization and integration.
• Perform data preprocessing, data integration, routine and complex data quality checks, and assurance.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Apply AI/ML models for unstructured data analysis and integrate automated methodologies.
• Utilize Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) tools and tradecraft, applying hypothesis testing and statistical modeling to solve complex problems.

Mandatory Qualifications (Must Have):

• Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance in DISS with current SCI eligibility.
• Polygraph: Must be eligible for a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
• Education & Experience (Must meet ONE of the following):
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Data Science/Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Information Science) from an accredited college/university OR
  • 7 years of experience conducting data science support, with at least a portion of the experience occurring within the last 2 years OR
  • 11 years of specific, relevant experience without a degree.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge and practical experience using Python software and automated methodologies; hands-on experience developing dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Core Competencies: Knowledge and experience in hypothesis testing, statistical and machine learning, training solutions, communication tradecraft techniques, and utilizing Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) tools and tradecraft.

Desired Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Prior experience supporting or working within the Intelligence Community (IC).
