Senior Data Support Manager (Fully Remote)

• The Open Contracting Partnership is hiring a Senior Data Support Manager for the Asia region to help transform public procurement using data.
• You will work with reformers to improve procurement systems, making them more efficient, equitable, and sustainable.

About the role:

• You will provide hands-on data support, advise on data architecture, and help partners digitize procurement processes.
• You will work remotely from an approved location in Asia, with regular travel to support local partners.
• You must have a strong background in data analysis, programming, and building capacity of others.

Responsibilities:

• Support data collection and publication by designing templates, reviewing data quality, and advising on open data standards.
• Help partners use data for decision-making through analysis, visualization, and advisory on procurement indicators.
• Advise on digitization and data architecture, including reviewing technical requirements for e-procurement systems.

Required expertise and experience:

• Strong data analysis and visualization skills, including experience with Python, SQL, and large datasets.
• Knowledge of data architecture, ability to design technical solutions for data collection and processing.
• Excellent communication skills to engage non-technical audiences and manage relationships with government partners.
