Before anything gets built, you ask the hard questions: Is it worth building? And if not, what should be built instead?

In Business Design, we combine business consulting, product discovery and business modelling to help global brands in industry, energy, healthcare and financial services make confident product and business investment decisions.

What you will do:

You’ll love this role if you…

• take a messy brief and find the real question behind it
• move easily between strategy, user research, numbers and requirements
• turn analysis into a clear story that senior clients act on
• don’t wait to be told what to do next, and set your own goals
• already use AI in your work, or can’t wait to get really good at it
• want to help build a practice, not just deliver projects

This role probably isn’t for you if you…

• want the same kind of project every time
• prefer clearly defined tasks to open-ended business questions
• need everything to be perfect before you move

  Projects awaiting you:

  • Business and digital strategy
  • Digital and AI transformation
  • Product discovery and user research
  • Business cases and portfolio restructuring

  What we expect:

For an intermediate role: at least 3+ years / for a senior role at least 5+ years in business consulting, strategy, data and analytics or technology consulting

Structured analytical thinking, and comfort with numbers and business models
