Senior Digital Consulting Director – Oracle/Retail & Consumer

Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of clients and projects Leading large-scale technology and transformation programs Driving business development as an industry, process, and technology subject matter expert Building and scaling a repeatable, high-growth Oracle business across North America Leading industry-specific solutioning, Oracle co-sell motions, and revenue generation Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions Developing and managing senior executive client relationships Ensuring quality of deliverables and alignment with client outcomes Managing engagement economics including forecasting, margin, and utilization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience 7+ years of experience in Retail industry transformation initiatives Demonstrated experience in Oracle implementations or Oracle-related transformation programs Proven track record of business development and revenue generation Experience supporting or leading Oracle co-sell or alliance-driven sales motions Strong experience in solution design, proposal development, and client presentations Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel up to 75%
