Senior Digital Execution Manager (f/m/d)

In this role you drive TÜV SÜD's digital transformation by leading complex, global IT upgrades and large-scale digitalization initiatives. You own end-to-end project leadership, from scope to delivery, ensuring business case realization. You collaborate with business units, regional teams, IT and external partners to maximize impact and alignment with strategy. You will help shape enterprise-wide digital frameworks and scalable best practices that advance the company’s mission of safety and progress. • Independently lead complex, global IT system upgrades and harmonization initiatives, and large-scale digitalization projects of high strategic importance
• Own end-to-end project leadership: scope definition, detailed implementation planning, delivery management, reporting, and ensuring business case realization
• Collaborate closely with business units, regional teams, IT, and external partners to maximize impact and drive project success
• Contribute to the enterprise-wide digital strategy by developing globally scalable best practices and project delivery frameworks

• Senior IT or Digital Project Manager with at least 10 years of relevant professional and consulting experience
• Proven track record in consulting on and leading complex digitalization and transformation projects for large industrial companies
• Very good knowledge of digital project management, including agile and hybrid methods and scaled frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS)
