Senior Digital Grid Sales Leader – DACH

In this role, you will position Schneider Electric as a leading partner for the digitalization of utilities across the DACH region. You will be responsible for driving order intake growth for EcoStruxure™ Grid Solutions and actively advancing the Digital Grid business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Working closely with regional segment leaders, local sales teams, partners and internal stakeholders, you will build a sustainable opportunity pipeline and unlock new market potential with both existing and new customers. Combining strong strategic sales acumen with a solid understanding of digital grid solutions, regulatory frameworks and partnership-based business models, you will establish comprehensive EcoStrxure™ Grid solutions in the market.

Your IMPACT

• Own the development , management , and closing of a strong sales pipeline in the software market with Utility customers (DSOs/TSOs) across the DACH region
• Make clear destinction between Software, Annual Recuring Revenue (ARR) and Services, and push for more sales in Software and ARR
• Act as Opportunity Leader for strategic key accounts and complex software deals
• Drive demand creation through C ‑ level pitching , business case development , and executive innovation workshops
• Collaborate closely with country sales teams , business units , solution architects , and marketing
• Coach internal stakeholders on selling Digital Grid solutions

Your Profil e

• Long-term job experience in sales withi n the Utilities industry (DSOs, TSOs)
• Mid-term job experience as Sales Opportunity Lead er for complex software or digital transformation projects
• Deep understanding of utility business models and market dynamics
• Proven track record in C-level selling and value-based sales approache s
• Experience with EcoStruxure solutions (e.g. ADMS, GIS, AMI/MDM) is a strong plus
• Strategic mindset , structured working style, and strong closing skills
• Fluency in German and English , both written an spoken
