Senior Digital Project Manager (human)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage digital projects for FMCG consumer websites from start to finish – planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization (includes e.g. newsletters, raffles, mini‑games).
• Act as a "roll‑up‑your‑sleeves" manager to ensure smooth rollouts and solve problems on the go.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, content managers, and copywriters to create high‑quality digital experiences.
• Keep an eye on market trends to bring fresh ideas and improvements to future campaigns.
• Maintain an eye‑to‑eye partnership with the customer.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• German language skills are a plus.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end digital projects, preferably in the FMCG sector.
