YOUR JOB

As a Senior Digital Strategy Consultant (f/m/x), you act as a bridge between business and technology. You understand our clients’ requirements, analyze business models, identify potential, and develop KPI-driven digital strategies as well as new digital business models for B2B and B2C companies.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

• Development of holistic digitalization strategies and co-creation of innovative business models
• Analysis of our clients’ digital maturity and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
• Identification of relevant technology trends and translation into practical use cases
• Design and facilitation of strategic workshops (e.g., Story Mapping, Design Thinking) with decision-makers and technical experts
• Joint development of solutions and creation of a clear understanding between business units and IT
• Support of the sales team during presales phases through your strategic consulting expertise
• Creation of showcases and contribution to demo scripts, presentations, and use cases
• Identification of customer needs and challenges, and development of initial solution concepts based on your experience

YOUR SKILLS

• +5 years of experience in the field of digital strategy, innovation consulting, or a tech-related environment
• Completed university degree (TU/FH), ideally with a focus on Business & IT, Innovation Management, or a comparable field
• In-depth knowledge of digital trends, innovation processes, and technological developments in the web and mobile sectors
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technologies and translate them into customer-relevant strategies
• Passion for innovation and the talent to inspire others
• Professional demeanor, persuasive power, and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (approx. 20%)

Beneficial Skills

• Knowledge of data analysis (e.g., GA4 or comparable tools)
• Experience in Business Process Modelling (BPM)
• Methodological expertise in Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, or similar frameworks
