We are looking for a Senior Digital Strategy Consultant (m/f/d) to join our consulting team in Dresden as soon as possible or at the next possible date for you.

Independent support and consulting for our clients as a strategic sparring partner

Analysis of digital potentials and development of roadmaps, measures, and priorities for digital advancement

Design of cross-channel strategies for websites, CRM, marketing automation, content, social media, and digital campaigns

Strategic further development of CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and MarTech setups together with our customers

Accompanying website designs, relaunches, and the development of user-oriented information architectures

Definition of professional requirements for UX, content, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics

Planning, moderating, and leading strategy, target group, customer journey, and campaign workshops

Managing collaboration between customers and interdisciplinary project teams

Ensuring the professional quality of strategic concepts and their implementation

Several years of experience in digital strategy, marketing consulting, or the CRM and marketing automation field

Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze complex relationships and develop structured solutions

Confident demeanor and excellent communication and consulting skills in interactions with customers and stakeholders

Solid understanding of websites, content, CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, analytics, and digital campaigns

Experience in planning and moderating workshops as well as developing strategic concepts and roadmaps

Ideally experience with B2B companies, complex organizations, or agency and consulting projects

Degree or comparable qualification in marketing, communication, business, media, or a related field

Knowledge in Sitecore, Salesforce, Brevo, or comparable platforms is advantageous but not required

Very good German language skills, both spoken and written (C2 level)

Willingness to work on-site
