• A university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on logistics or international trade
• Proven international experience in a leadership role within strategic sales or business development, ideally in matrix organizations
• A demonstrated track record of delivering growth through the development of new markets and the introduction of new products
• Experience in leading cross-functional and intercultural teams with measurable business success
• A sound understanding of B2B market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
• Strong expertise in market analysis, segmentation, and the development of go-to-market approaches, including the use of internal and external data sources
• Strong intercultural competence and confident stakeholder management up to executive level, combined with an analytical and results-oriented approach
