Senior Director of Strategy, Sales & Contract Execution

• Act as an asset and partner to Advanced Surgical sales leaders and the HCS team to achieve strategic company growth objectives
• Transform Advanced Surgical contracts into scalable, profitable growth platforms
• Ensure national, regional, and local agreements are strategically designed, financially disciplined, and consistently executed across the field.
• Own contract activation strategy, ensuring agreements are translated into clear selling motions
• Identify gaps between contract intent and field execution and proactively close them
• Establish and lead enterprise deal governance frameworks
• Monitor and synthesize competitive contracting trends
• Communicate simply and decisively, translating complexity into clarity for executives and sales teams alike.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven sales leadership experience at Director level or higher
• Experience leading larger scale strategy & programs
• Demonstrated ability to drive consistency, culture, and performance at scale.
• Ability to influence senior sales leaders and the confidence to challenge decisions when needed.
