Senior Electrical Engineer

In this role you drive electrical design for product and platform development, spanning analog/digital circuits, schematic entry, PCB layout, and verification. You will contribute across all stages of product development, from planning to testing and documentation, identifying requirements and optimizing performance. You will work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and international colleagues to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. This is a hands-on role with a clear path toward engineering leadership, shaping how our products evolve and meet customer needs.

• Lead electrical engineer on project teams
• Create schematic designs and select components
• Coordinate PCB layout with the layout team
• Perform board-level circuit verification
• Monitor project progress against schedule
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers
• Participate in product development from planning to documentation
• Troubleshoot reliability and performance issues and implement improvements
• Gather business requirements and contribute to product definition and concept discussions

• Experience in analog and digital circuit design
• Experience with PCB layouts and knowledge of PCBA production
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional and international teams
• Good English language skills
• German language skills advantageous
• Ambition for growing into engineering leadership
• Bachelor, Master or comparable degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical engineering
• Professional experience in product development
