Senior Electronics Technician NF-04/RFT

Leads and trains technicians in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic gaming machines and supporting systems. Oversees preventive maintenance, cash operations, regulatory compliance, and daily technical activities while ensuring internal controls and customer service standards. Serves as acting Field Office Manager as needed and requires advanced electronics troubleshooting skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Specialized experience that demonstrates the ability to independently troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, configure, and maintain electronic gaming machines or comparable complex electronic systems involving embedded controllers, peripherals, and diagnostic tools (e.g., coin-operated systems, kiosks or transaction systems, networked electronic equipment, audiovisual display systems, or similar).
Specialized experience may be substituted with completion of formal electronics or gaming equipment training programs, or other related education or on-the-job training that provided the level of knowledge required to perform the work described above.
