Senior Engineer (Fully Remote)

• Provides expert technical support across infrastructure, LAN, and WAN environments.
• Delivers remote and onsite support, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Acts as a key escalation point and mentors junior team members.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in a Senior Engineer role with enterprise infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with routing, switching, SD-WAN, and security appliances.
