Senior Engineering Manager - Product Platforms (Fully Remote)

• Lead engineering teams building API-first product platforms and AI credit consumption metering.
• Manage global teams across EMEA/US, focusing on hiring, growth, and operational health.
• Partner with Product, Platform, SRE, and Finance to set technical direction and ensure reliable systems.

Responsibilities:

• Own delivery and direction of usage metering and AI credit accounting, ensuring accuracy and auditability.
• Uphold API governance, versioning strategy, and backward compatibility for platform consumers.
• Maintain operational excellence through SLOs, observability, and incident follow-through.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing backend or platform engineering teams with strong technical background.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and data-intensive systems at scale.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle ambiguous cross-team problems.
