Senior Manager, People & Culture Generalist (Fully Remote)

• This role is both strategic and tactical, directing daily operations while evolving People Operations.
• You will partner with the Director to manage programs and help employees navigate key moments.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee recognition programs.
• Manage employee engagement systems and support ERGs.
• Support performance reviews and annual compensation cycles.

Who You Are:

• You bring 5-10 years of experience in employee experience or HR.
• You build trust, communicate clearly, and handle confidential information.
• You are highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity.
