About the role:

We are seeking aSenior Full Stack Engineering Manager with deep expertise inbackend systems (TypeScript, microservices, cloud) to lead multiple engineering teams building theAffinidi Elements platform. While you will manage and support teams working across thefull stack(backend, frontend, platform infrastructure), yourtechnical depth and demonstrated experience in backend engineeringwill be crucial in guiding architecture, ensuring quality, and driving technical strategy.

This role blendspeople leadership withtechnical leadership : you will grow high-performing fullstack teams, define best practices across the stack, and remain hands-on in critical technical decisions to ensure our systems aresecure, scalable, and performant.

• Are skilled at balancingstrategic vision withpractical execution , aligning engineering teams with business outcomes
• Possessstrong knowledge ofTypeScript/Node.js ;Dart experience is preferred; familiarity with C#, Go, or similar is a plus
• Have experience with React/Next.js and/or Flutter , demonstrates solid understanding of modern web and/or mobile development practices
• Demonstrate proven success indesigning, deploying, and scaling microservices in cloud environments, specifically, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Advocate forprivacy, security, cryptography , and resilient system design; experience withasynchronous cryptography and identity/authentication domains is a strong plus
• Are skilled at balancingtechnical leadership andpeople leadership , growing teams while staying engaged in critical technical decisions
• Excel atcross-functional collaboration with product, design, and security stakeholders
• Thrive infast-moving startup environments , building autonomous teams that experiment, learn, and deliver at speed
• Experience working across functions, locations, and time zones
• Backend expertise in RUST
• Expertise indecentralized identity solutions
• Experience building systems with advanced cryptography requirements
