Senior Event Manager – VIP Incentives & Events

Responsibilities

• Create experiences people never forget
• You manage exclusive premium events and incentives from concept through planning and budgeting to flawless execution
• Focus: international hospitality, culinary and cultural formats within the premium automotive sector
• You work closely with clients, partners and a creative team from events, editorial and design
• From the initial idea to perfect delivery
• Research, ideation and concept development
• Organisation and management of high-quality events and VIP incentives
• Point of contact for internal teams and external partners
• Preparation of presentations, briefings, budgets and cost calculations
• Participant management and comprehensive event documentation
• Contract review, budget control and event accounting
• On-site event support — in Germany and elsewhere in Europe, frequently on weekends

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in event management / exclusive incentives
• Familiar with VIP target groups, premium service and high standards
• Keen sense for trends, unique locations and memorable experiences
• Interest in travel, culinary experiences, hospitality and brand collaborations
• Able to multitask, structured and solution-oriented
• Confident handling demanding guests on-site
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Jira or similar is a plus
• Willing to travel and available on-site for approximately two weekends per month
