Your role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Sales & Client Manager to partner with us as an Independent Contractor (Freelancer).

In this role, you will take ownership of senior client relationships, drive commercial event proposals, and oversee high-impact event execution. We are looking for a commercially minded event professional who thrives on building client trust, refining operational processes, and leveraging technology/AI to deliver outstanding event experiences across the UK and DACH regions.

Your mission

• Client & Account Management:Serve as the main senior contact for key clients, building long-term relationships, understanding project objectives, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

• Event Sales & Pitching:Lead the development of event proposals, pitches, and costings; negotiate contracts; and drive commercial growth across new and existing accounts.

• End-to-End Event Delivery:Oversee operational execution, logistics, vendor management, and run-of-show for high-profile virtual, hybrid, or on-site events.

• Bilingual Execution: Manage high-level communications, client presentations, and negotiations

• Process & AI Optimization:Continuously improve operational workflows by introducing modern event technologies and AI-based tools to increase efficiency.

• Budgeting: Manage event project budgets, monitor profitability, and ensure all contract deliverables are met within agreed timelines.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experiencein event sales, client account management, and end-to-end event execution (agency or corporate context preferred).

• Professional fluency in both German and English(written and spoken) is essential.

• Completed degree or formal training in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical senior experience).

• Proven track record in pitching, negotiating, and managing high-value client accounts and complex event projects.

• High affinity forevent technologycombined with strong curiosity and practical interest inAI-based tools.

• Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for shaping and optimizing processes.

• Based in the UK and set up to work as an Independent Contractor / Freelancer (B2B basis).
