The Senior FHIR Mapping & Integration Analyst plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex FHIR‑based mapping and interoperability solutions that enable seamless healthcare data exchange. This role requires deep expertise in HL7 FHIR standards and the ability to lead implementations as organizations transition from legacy data exchange to modern FHIR‑based interoperability. The position partners closely with engineering, product, and clinical stakeholders and operates as a shared expert across multiple teams.
Preferred: Candidate would reside in Columbus, OH to support a hybrid work schedule, but we will consider a highly qualified fully remote candidate.
Requirement: Current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that is not time‑limited or dependent on a future change in status. Identify and resolve complex data quality, mapping, and performance issues across integrations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship on FHIR standards, best practices, and implementation approaches.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Experience leading or significantly contributing to enterprise‑level FHIR implementations.
