Senior Financial Analyst, Advertising Finance

As Senior Financial Analyst in EU Advertising Sales Finance, you will partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and drive scalable solutions. You will develop forward-looking analyses to identify growth and improve performance, while highlighting risks and opportunities that affect goals. You will translate commercial initiatives into financial insights and co-author strategic reviews for executive leadership. You work with cross-functional teams to automate processes and support decision-making in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Provide financial insight to Advertising Sales teams to support informed decision-making
• Develop forward-looking analyses to identify growth opportunities and scale the organization
• Act as a trusted finance partner by highlighting risks, opportunities, and blockers
• Assess revenue optimization opportunities and support programs to improve productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate commercial initiatives into financial insights
• Improve financial mechanisms, processes, reporting, and analytical tools
• Co-author high-visibility business reviews and strategic reporting for senior management
• Use Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau to identify trends and support decision-making
• Maintain strong controllership while seeking automation and simplification

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field
• Fluency in English (spoken, written, reading)
• Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support decisions
• Experience identifying and executing opportunities to improve or automate finance tools and processes
