Senior Full-Stack Developer – AI & Digital Platforms

• Take end-to-end ownership, from an initial vague idea through to live release
• Independently plan, build, and test features
• Establish standards for using coding agents such as Claude and Cursor
• Configure MCP servers for maximum developer velocity
• Ensure 100% test coverage of critical processes with Playwright
• Define SLOs and take ownership of incident response
• Design GDPR-compliant, EU-hosted systems
• Document decisions using ADRs
• Work in an async-first environment with a flat hierarchy and report directly to the founder

Requirements

• Fluent in TypeScript
• Experience with Next.js 15+ / React 19+
• Experience with PostgreSQL (Drizzle/Prisma)
• Strong experience shipping complex software end to end
• Ideally, experience in a high-performance or startup environment
• Daily, proficient use of AI agents
• Excellent English (C1+)
• Native-level, business-fluent German
