Senior Full Stack Developer (d/w/m)

Responsibilities

• Build new features for our email‑marketing platform.
• Develop core components with Java, Spring, SpringBoot and React.
• Extend our existing product to an API‑based near‑real‑time service featuring streaming and Webhooks.
• Own the full lifecycle of feature delivery from technical concept to implementation.
• Influence architecture decisions and propose innovative improvements.
• Perform code reviews, pair programming, automated testing and use AI tools as part of the development workflow.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems in third‑level support together with other teams.
• Mentor and support junior colleagues and foster knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience with Java and strong knowledge of Spring, SpringBoot and React.
• Proven experience developing modern web applications and clean REST APIs; SQL knowledge, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on experience in both backend and frontend development and handling complex legacy systems.
• Strong quality focus and experience with automated tests, code reviews, and pair programming.
• Enjoy working with AI‑based development tools.
• Self‑driven, team‑oriented, and willing to share knowledge.
• Ideally experience with Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent German language skills.
