Senior Fullstack Developer – AI & Digital Platforms

• End-to-End Ownership: From vague idea to live release. You plan, build and test features with full responsibility.
• AI-Driven Development: You set the standards for using coding agents (Claude, Cursor) and configure MCP servers for maximum developer velocity.
• Zero-Compromise Quality: 100% test coverage for critical processes (Playwright), SLO definition, and ownership of incident responses.
• Architecture & Compliance: Design GDPR-compliant, EU-hosted systems. Clear decision documentation via ADRs (Architecture Decision Records).

Requirements

• Tech Stack: Fluent in TypeScript, Next.js 15+ / React 19+ and PostgreSQL (Drizzle/Prisma).
• Track Record: Proven experience shipping complex software end-to-end, ideally in high-performance or startup environments.
• AI-Native: Daily, routine use of AI agents — you know exactly when they accelerate the process and when they become an obstacle.
• Mindset: You don’t need someone to push tickets. You measure your success by measurable user outcomes, not lines of code.
• Communication: Excellent English (C1+) for asynchronous documentation and negotiation-level German at native proficiency for confident conversations with the Jobcenter (German employment agency).
