Senior Fund Accounting Manager – Retail Funds (UCITS)

We are partnering with a leading global financial services platform seeking a Senior Fund Accounting Manager to oversee their Retail Funds / UCITS platform in Frankfurt.

This role is suited to an experienced fund professional with a strong background in UCITS, retail funds and fund accounting operations , who has experience managing senior teams and overseeing complex fund structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fund accounting oversight for a portfolio of UCITS / Retail Funds
• Manage and develop a team of senior professionals, including oversight of SVP-level team members
• Oversee NAV processes, fund reporting and accounting activities
• Manage relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and third-party service providers
• Ensure strong operational governance, controls and regulatory standards
• Partner with key functions including operations, risk, compliance and technology
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery

Requirements

• Significant experience within UCITS, retail funds, fund accounting or fund administration
• Strong understanding of NAV, financial reporting and fund operations
• Experience gained within a global financial services organisation, fund administrator, custodian or asset servicing environment
• Proven experience managing senior teams
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of European fund structures and regulatory requirements
