• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to hire top talent across G&A functions.
• Partner with G&A leaders to understand hiring needs and long-term talent strategy.
• Lead structured interview processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of recruiting experience with a strong track record in hiring finance, legal, or people talent.
• Strong business partnership skills and ability to influence stakeholders using data.
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
