Senior Global Quality System & Methods Manager 1

In this role you will lead the global Quality Management System and quality methodologies across Franke Foodservice Systems’ manufacturing footprint. You will harmonize processes, drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement, and partner with regional leaders to meet customer and regulatory requirements. You will shape quality practices, implement digital tools, and elevate quality as a competitive advantage. • Own and govern the global Quality Management System across multiple sites (Poland, China, Philippines, U.S., Mexico)
• Define and monitor global quality standards, procedures, and KPIs
• Drive a global quality culture and raise awareness of quality topics from leadership to shop floor
• Lead the harmonization of methods and best practices (FMEA, 8D, DMS, RCA, CIP, Lean)
• Lead Quality 4.0 initiatives and digital CAQ system implementation
• Deliver global training, coaching, and capability development in quality systems
• Coordinate annual internal audits and ensure ISO and integrated management system compliance
• Support cross-functional engagement and alignment across regions and business units

• Bachelor in Engineering (or related field) with strong leadership experience in manufacturing quality
• Minimum 8 years in quality leadership within manufacturing
• Deep expertise in QMS; hands-on CAQ Factory Systems experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Lean, SPC, RCA, CIP
• Certified auditor with experience managing integrated audits
• Proven track record in cross-functional and international initiatives
• Strong project/change management and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and local language skills
