Senior Global Product Marketing Manager – Growth

Develop expertise in consumer needs, behaviors, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
Identify opportunities to grow engagement, retention, and lifetime value across the consumer digital portfolio
Build value propositions and business cases grounded in consumer need, health outcomes, commercial potential, and feasibility
Define segmentation, targeting, positioning, and narratives for consumer digital products, features, and services
Lead global go-to-market strategy from early product development through launch, adoption, and optimization
Develop strategies across pricing, placement, and promotion
Build scalable go-to-market playbooks for Marketing, Commercial, and regional teams
Develop lifecycle strategies from onboarding through long-term engagement
Identify high-value moments where education, content, recommendations, or experiences can drive action
Develop hypotheses and design and scale experiments testing positioning, messages, offerings, and growth initiatives
Bring clarity, urgency, and structure to complex cross-functional work
Build visibility with senior stakeholders around priorities, progress, and outcomes
Lead through influence and challenge, align, and adapt as needed

Requirements

8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally across consumer digital products, technology, eCommerce, or related categories
Proven success driving engagement, retention, or lifetime value for health products
Strong experience leading positioning, value proposition development, and go-to-market strategy
Deep understanding of consumer journeys, lifecycle strategy, segmentation, personalization, digital experience, and conversion rate optimization
Experience using market research, consumer insight, behavioral data, competitive intelligence, and experimentation to guide product and marketing decisions
Track record of influencing teams, roadmaps, and priorities upstream and downstream
Strong commercial judgment and experience with business cases, pricing, placement, promotion, or new business models
Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, global, matrixed organizations
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
High ownership, bias toward action, and comfort operating in ambiguity
Experience in healthcare, connected devices, consumer technology, subscriptions, platforms, or recurring consumer businesses is valuable
