This role is based from our site in Germany, Four 20 Pharma.
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the HR area - professionally leading, disciplinary and structurally shaping
- Management and further development of all HR processes along the employee lifecycle (entry to exit)
- Development and implementation of a future‑oriented HR and recruiting strategy in line with corporate goals, culture and growth
- Responsibility for the entire recruiting process - from the definition of requirements to selection and structured onboarding
- Sparring partner of the management in labor law, personnel and organizational issues
- Close cooperation and coordination with the HR Lead of our parent company Curaleaf International
- Implementation and further development of meaningful personnel controlling (key figures, analyses, derivations)
- Conception and implementation of measures for personnel and management development as well as for sustainable employee retention
- Responsibility for the preparatory payroll accounting in cooperation with the external payroll office
- Management of external HR service providers and ensuring compliance with employment law
About You
- Several years of in‑depth professional experience in generalist HR management, ideally in growing or structurally demanding organizations
- Completed training, further education or studies in human resources or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of employment and personnel law
- Extensive experience in recruiting and in the design of HR processes
- Initial experience in technical management or management of employees desirable
- You work independently, in a structured and decisive way, think entrepreneurially and enjoy taking on responsibility
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience with HR systems (e.g. Personio, Cezanne or similar)
- Very good English skills due to the international company structure
