The Senior Innovation Manager (Early Product Development & Assessment) is responsible for shaping Radiometer’s future product pipeline by leading the structured evaluation of early-stage innovation opportunities.
The role drives evidence-based decision‑making by assessing clinical value, market potential, and strategic fit, while translating customer needs into actionable concepts. Working cross‑functionally, the Senior Innovation Manager ensures that only the most impactful and viable ideas progress into development, enabling a focused, high‑quality innovation portfolio aligned with company strategy.
This position reports to the Director, Strategic Portfolio & Innovation Management and is part of the Global Product & Portfolio Management team.
This is a remote position with regular travel required to Radiometer’s headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.
