(Senior) Internal Auditor IT Audits (all genders)

As an IT Auditor, you will lead risk-based audits across a global organization, focusing on technology risks, cybersecurity controls, IT governance, and transformation programs. You collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and craft practical recommendations within the audit lifecycle. You will contribute to evolving audit methodologies and be a subject-matter expert across IT and OT domains. • Lead risk-based audits across the global organization, assessing IT and OT environments, cyber security controls, and transformation initiatives
• Perform data analysis to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare high-quality audit documentation and actionable recommendations with auditees
• Present audit results to senior management and manage follow-up activities
• Contribute to continuous enhancement of Internal Audit methodologies, data-driven auditing, and IIA-aligned practices
• Act as a subject matter expert and build relationships across the organization
• Engage in strategic initiatives and special projects supporting the audit function's development

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, IT Risk, IT Assurance, or Cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of IT processes, technologies, and control frameworks; ability to scope and perform reviews of complex IT environments
• Experience with ITGCs, Cybersecurity, IT Governance, IT Processes and Controls, OT/IT integration
• Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001; project management methodologies advantageous
• Industry experience in regulated sectors (Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Electronics) preferred
• Experience with data analytics, automation, programming, or AI-enabled tools is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel internationally (~20%), English proficiency; additional languages advantageous
